I set up a Discovery Call via Google Meet with all inquiring couples. This allows YOU as a couple to ask any questions you have, share the vision you have for your day & see how you like me (Sierra) as a person in general and see if we jive! This is one of my FAVORITE things to do! Plus it is incredibly important you LOVE the wedding professionals you are hiring for your day, especially the ones you are personally interacting with the day of... they can make or break your day.

How do I book you for my wedding date?
You will fill out the contact form and I will get in touch with you to set up a Discovery Call via Google meet. This will allow you to ask any questions you have, share your vision for the day, get to know me as I learn about you both & your story
At the end of our call, I send you over the full investment guide. Your date will then be held for 72 hours.
Once you decide you want to move forward, Sierra will send over a Contract & Invoice. A 30% Non-Refundable Retainer due at time of booking.
How much do your packages cost?
My wedding & elopement packages begin at $3,400 for 3 hrs of coverage & go up from there. My couples tend to spend an average of $5-6k on their wedding day package.
Every package includes planning assistance, custom photography timeline curation, an online gallery & a complimentary heirloom album.
Some packages have other inclusions, reach out for more information.
Do you only serve Jackson Hole?
Nope! I serve Jackson Hole, Idaho and the rest of the United States currently. All travel is included for Jackson Hole & Similar distances from Ammon, ID. Outside of that, there are travel fees that may apply.
How long does it take to receive the final edited photos?
You can expect your Wedding Day Highlight Gallery to arrive no later than 3 days after your wedding day (I truly strive to get it to you sooner though.)
Your full wedding day gallery will be finished no later than 3 months after your wedding day.
Do you offer payment plans?
Yes! After your non-refundable retainer is paid, I can schedule up to 5 additional installments. We can customize this to your needs, the final installment is just due no later than 2 weeks prior to your wedding day.
Do I need a wedding planner or day-of-coordinator to work with you?
Short answer, no. I will happily still be a part of your wedding day if you haven't booked a planner or DOC.
Long answer is still no, however, I truly encourage every couple to look at their budget and see if they can find space in their wedding budget to at least hire a DOC that can come along side you the day of so that all of your loved ones can be fully present with you on your wedding day vs running around trying to get all the wedding day ducks in a row. It also allows me to be fully present at your photographer & not substitute coordinator the day of. Don't get me wrong, I am happy to help in anyway I can. But when I have to split focus between running things a planner or DOC would be and being your photographer, I can't serve you as fully as I would just in the roll of your photographer. I have never had a couple regret hiring a planner.
Also note, if you are getting married at a local Jackson Hole Venue, a vast majority of them do require you to work with a planner or DOC. So make sure you are in the know for the requirements at the venue you are choosing.
